Пространство лифта становится общественным, когда в нем находишься с кем-то, но приобретает частный характер, если остаешься наедине с собой. Здесь начинаешь чувствовать себя более развязано, почти как дома, смотрясь в зеркало, приводя себя в порядок, выпрямляясь перед выходом. И эта замкнутость возбуждает желание анонимно высказаться, написать что-нибудь в адрес соседа, правительства, друга или подруги, живущих на другом этаже.

Подобный, часто двусторонний обмен анонимными сообщениями очень востребован, но маргинален по своей сути. Его нелегальность, не привлекательна для цивилизованных жителей дома. Так возникла идея условной легализации пространства анонимного общения посредством размещения маркерной доски в лифте, предоставляя каждому возможность для анонимного общения. Оставляя дихотомию легального и не легального на второй план, приоритетной функцией этого объекта остается коммуницирование жителей дома и установление социальных связей между ними.

Все надписи сделаны жителями дома в период с июля по сентябрь 2011-го и пополняются до сих пор.
